Threadhopping/jacking: As long as it's not a locked/filtered thread, go for it!
Breaking the 4th wall: Judar will just think your character is weird, crazy, and/or somebody who knows what Magi are, so it's fine.
Offensive subjects: I'm good with most things, but I'll contact you if something comes up. o/
Hugging: He'll put up with it from people he kinda likes, but he's likely to shove them away more often than not.
Flirting: Go for it! But he won't care unless you're strong. :(
Kissing: Why would even want to do this!? He is a teenage loser. 8| Go for it, it just may end up in violent shoving and yelling.
Sexual situations: I AM A SHY AND DELICATE MAIDEN which means fade to black at best. :( But I'm okay with handwaving him having sexual relations with some of his CR.
Romance/relationships: This is very unlikely. Judar is very, very messed up and is not going to fall in any kind of normal love. It isn't hard to get him to a creepy obsessive level, though!
Mind reading: This is fine! Judar hasn't shown any defenses against it, and he pretty much says what he means anyway. You won't find a whole lot in there he doesn't already say out loud aside from violent fantasies.
Violence: Totally cool with it, considering that Judar's the type who will eventually make the wrong person mad. Just let me know first so I know it's coming.
Injury: Same as above!
Murder: Same as above, though I really would like to plot this one out in advance.
